Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Who we are

Três Espadas — Wieland Wagner, Unipessoal, Lda. is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our NIF is 515318655 and our real estate mediation licence is AMI 17396. Our address is Parque Empresarial do Algarve, Lote 14, 8400-431 Lagoa, Portugal. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact info@3espadas.com.

Information you provide

When you send a property enquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional telephone number, area of interest and the page from which you contacted us. We record the time of the request and the version of this notice. A confirmation on screen means the request has been recorded by our website.

Subscription requests contain your email address, consent choice and the time of the request. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Identity documents and information needed for a later transaction should be shared through an appropriate channel agreed with us.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry details to understand your request, respond and organise the next steps you ask us to take. Where your request concerns entering into a contract with us, the basis is taking steps at your request before that contract. For other business enquiries, our legitimate interest is to communicate with the person contacting us and manage the request. Data needed for a contractual relationship or a legal duty is handled for that purpose.

We use short-lived technical information to protect the website from abuse, maintain availability and diagnose faults.

Property updates are optional

Asking about a property does not subscribe you to marketing. A request for property updates requires a separate, affirmative choice. We use your email address for those updates on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@3espadas.com or using the unsubscribe instructions in a message. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Who can access information

Your information is used by the people handling your request and the hosting or technical support providers needed to operate this website. We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared with property owners, advisers or other parties only where relevant to your request and with an appropriate basis. A private enquiry does not authorise public disclosure of your details.

We can provide information about the service providers involved in your request. Where a service involves processing outside the European Economic Area, the applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards must be assessed for that service. Contact us for information about a particular transfer.

Retention

Website enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months to allow follow-up, unless you request earlier deletion or a client relationship requires relevant records to be maintained separately. Information needed for a contractual relationship, legal obligation or legal claim is governed by that purpose and its applicable retention requirements.

Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or the subscription is no longer active. A limited record may be retained to honour your communication preferences and demonstrate the choices you made.

Cookies and website operation

This version of the website does not load advertising or analytics tracking. Its fonts, photographs and video are served with the website. Enquiry forms do not require a tracking cookie. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information needed to operate and protect the service.

When the language selector is available, choosing a language saves a functional cookie named te_language for one year. It remembers only your language preference. You can change it using the selector or remove it through your browser settings. Without a saved choice, the website uses your browser's preferred supported language, with English as the fallback.

External links, including social networks and map links, lead to services with their own privacy arrangements. Optional tracking will require an updated notice and appropriate choices before it is introduced.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy of your information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and object to direct marketing at any time. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

Contact info@3espadas.com to exercise these rights. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Where the law permits an extension because of the complexity or number of requests, we will explain the reason within that first month. Requests are normally free. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity.

Complaints and updates

You may raise a concern with us or complain to Portugal's supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

We may update this policy when the website or our processing activities change. The date above identifies the current revision.
